Meet the founders

From a Deep Calling to a Purpose-Driven Natural Skincare Brand
I’m a mother, a wife, and an entrepreneur role that shapes every part of who I am and how I choose to live. But before any titles, I was a curious young girl growing up in Puglia, Italy, always full of questions:
Why are we here? What is my purpose? How can I make a difference?
Even then, I felt a quiet but powerful pull toward something more: a desire to live meaningfully, help others, and leave the world just a little better than I found it. I have always had a calling to live consciously and with a deep awareness of how my choices affect myself, others, and the world around me. That inner calling never left me.
And if you ask anyone who knows me well, they’ll tell you I’ve always been deeply passionate, maybe even a little obsessed with skincare, natural products, and anything that supports wellness from the inside out. My family and friends used to laugh (lovingly!) at how excited I would get over clean beauty, ingredients, and holistic remedies.
For me, it was never just about beauty, it was about healing, prevention, and living in harmony with nature.
I’ve always taken a holistic approach over a medical one trusting the body’s innate wisdom and turning to natural, conscious solutions long before conventional ones. I’ve never believed in just treating the symptoms; I’ve always believed in getting to the root cause. Whether it’s for the skin, the body, or the mind I know, with certainty, that the most powerful solutions are those that support healing from within.
Years later, I moved to the UK and began a brand-new chapter in my life, one that led to a rewarding 23-year career in the airline industry, with many of those years spent in leadership roles. Working in aviation allowed me to connect with people from all walks of life, travel extensively, experience the richness of cultural diversity, and grow in resilience, empathy, and service.
I’ve always been a connector, someone who sees the deeper purpose in every person I meet. I truly believe that every individual crossing our path is there for a reason, never a coincidence; each plays a role in the bigger picture.
Throughout this journey, I remained committed to personal development, earning a qualification in aviation, completing training in coaching, and diving deep into leadership programmes focused on self-mastery and emotional intelligence. These experiences all rooted back to my desire to empower others to grow into their full potential.
But even in a fulfilling corporate career, there was still a longing for deeper alignment, a desire to build something from the heart, with purpose. And with the unwavering support of my husband, I found the courage to follow that calling. Together, we shared a vision of creating something meaningful and conscious not just for the world, but for our child. I wanted to build something my family could be proud of; something rooted in love, integrity, and intention.
A Beautiful and Unexpected Meeting
Just before the pandemic, I took a leap of faith. I stepped away from corporate life to offer my skills to wellness-focused startups and mission-driven brands.
Then the pandemic came, bringing with it a time of deep reflection and transformation. Life slowed down completely, and I brought conscious awareness to what truly matters. It was a moment to pause, reset, and commit even more intentionally to work aligned with my values and my passion for meaningful impact.
During this period, I discovered breathwork, and it changed my life. While working with a breathwork startup, I helped build a worldwide community centered on these powerful practices. I wasn’t just supporting the business; I was immersed in the daily practice of breathwork and meditation myself. It wasn’t just something we offered to others; it became something I lived. These practices grounded me, helped me regulate stress, reconnect with my inner self, and access clarity during a time of great uncertainty.
That personal transformation fuelled my work. We created programs and experiences that helped individuals and organizations access emotional intelligence, resilience, and embodied leadership. Whether in corporate settings or community spaces, we brought breathwork and mindfulness tools to life, empowering people to reconnect with themselves and build more conscious, supportive environments.
One of the most meaningful projects I supported was an accelerator program focused on self-mastery helping founders and investors lead with more clarity, intention, and inner purpose.
Here, I want to express my deepest gratitude to my self-mastery teacher, Nevşah Fidan Karamehmet. Working alongside her for several years on a number of transformative projects was a gift. Her wisdom, integrity, and unwavering commitment to consciousness and truth have profoundly shaped my own path both personally and professionally. Thank you, Nevşah, for being a guiding light and for helping me step more fully into who I truly am. Your teachings continue to live in the heart of everything I create.
This chapter deepened my love for collaboration not just as a business model, but as a way of life. I truly believe that no one builds anything impactful alone. Every meaningful venture I’ve been part of has been born from shared vision, trust, and aligned values.
It was in this spirit of connection that I met Pel, now a dear friend and co-founder during what was meant to be a simple visit to a local beauty salon. That chance meeting turned into something much more.
Thanks to Pel, I finally found the opportunity to bring my passion for natural, healthy, and clean skincare to life. We instantly discovered a shared purpose: to create something meaningful, rooted in wellbeing, and designed to uplift others.
Pel brought her deep expertise in beauty, skincare, entrepreneurship, and design. I brought my background in leadership, wellness, transformation, and the powerful lessons breathwork and meditation had taught me.
Together, we knew we had something special: a brand that could inspire change from the inside out.
Enowa Natural Skincare Was Born
That spark led us to co-found Enowa Natural Skincare more than a skincare brand, it’s a movement born from love, intention, and transformation.
Family is one of my deepest values, and for me, this journey has also been a return to my roots. My family in Puglia still produces the same pure, healing olive oil I grew up with and now, I have the honour of carrying that tradition forward by infusing it into our skincare products. In doing so, I’ve brought a piece of my heritage into something that nourishes not only the skin, but the soul.
And just as importantly, I’ve created something my child can one day look at and know: it was built with love, with care, and with the intention to make the world a softer, kinder place.
More Than Skincare
Enowa is a reflection of the values that have always guided me authenticity, connection, purpose, and heart.
With over two decades of combined experience across leadership, beauty, personal growth, and conscious entrepreneurship, we’re here to offer more than skincare. We’re here to support transformation starting with how we care for ourselves.
Because when we nurture the connection with ourselves as women, as mothers, as partners, as leaders we show up more fully for our families, our communities, and the world around us.
Whether you’re here to care for your skin, your well-being, or your deeper self you are welcome, seen, and supported.
“When we lead with heart and purpose, we don’t just transform ourselves we transform the world.” – Co-Founders, Enowa Natural Skincare

I’m a proud mum of two amazing young adults, aged 18 and 16 and wife. My journey started in the creative world as a graphic designer, but I later stepped away from that career to raise my family full-time. Skincare has always been a passion of mine — even from a young age, I was constantly trying the latest products on the market, not yet aware of the toxic ingredients many of them contained.
It wasn’t until after the so-called pandemic that I truly became aware and conscious of what I was putting on my skin and into my body. That period changed everything – not just how I looked at skincare, but how I approached health and wellness as a whole.
At the time, I was running my own beauty salon, where I also worked as a skin specialist, offering facials and helping clients with their skin concerns. That’s actually where I met Antonia – she came in as a client and soon became a close friend. When the Covid pandemic hit, the after-effects led me to sell the salon. I felt a bit lost, but deep down I knew I still had so much more to give.
I decided to follow my passion and enrolled in a skincare formulation course. Just a few weeks before it began, I met up with Antonia for coffee, told her about the course, and asked if she wanted to join me. She said yes – and that moment became the beginning of Enowa Skincare.
A big part of what makes Enowa special is that it’s deeply connected to our roots. I’m proud of my North Cypriot heritage, and one ingredient that’s been part of my life since childhood is olive oil. We used it for everything – cooking, healing, nourishing – and we still do. It’s a staple in our daily cooking and now, it’s a key ingredient in our formulations. The same olive oil I grew up with is helping bring skin back to life, just like it did for mine.
My own skin journey hasn’t always been smooth. As a teen, I had no major issues, but in my mid-30s I began to suffer from extremely dry skin and rosacea – particularly on my face. In 2021, I had the worst flare-up ever: my skin was red, inflamed, itchy, and incredibly sore for weeks. Although it calmed down eventually, flare-ups would come and go… until Enowa.
Since using our own products, my skin has been completely transformed. I no longer suffer from flare-ups, my skin feels balanced and healthy, and for the first time in years, I feel truly confident in my skin. I use only Enowa products – and I can honestly say, my skin has been reborn.
